funwithmultiplicity asked: Toner is good for leeching orange-y tones out of hair to dye it a light pink. I'd bleach first, rinse, let hair rest, use the toner, then probably wait until the next day before dyeing the hair pink, just to see how it is after it dries and whether or not it needs more bleach and toner. Friend and I inadvertently achieved a very bright pink dyeing Special Effects Burgundy Wine over hair that bleached out to a bright orange.
