Hmm, hairspray? But I think how they make it stay is they keep touching it and pushing it back haha. Whenever I see someone with that kind of hair I notice that they’re always touching it and stuff. So that’s probably how! Also, I’m guessing if your hair is squeaky clean then it won’t really stay put at all. Hope this helps!
