muurrshell-deactivated20121209 asked: For the person asking about the Pink ombre hair, You would not have to bleach it again nor dye it with blonde, you can buy a hot pink dye and dilute it with conditioner or salon care brand developer preferably conditioner so it's not as damaging to the end of your hair. Just add conditioner to the pink and mix it until it's the desired pink.
